Even though your coming out wasn&#039;t completely smooth, I think that your example serves as a positive model for so many other LGBT Alcoa employees.

Alcoa&#039;s commitment to full equality and respect for all employees is commendable.  Whether it&#039;s the domestic partner benefits, the fully inclusive employee don-discrimination policy or Alcoa&#039;s quickly growing ERG (EAGLE) - it&#039;s rare to see a mining and primary metal company that goes so far in the struggle for LGBT equality and commitment to their employees.]]></description>
